Lorraine Evans is the data controller for the Club and the personal data it collects and processes.

  • Name, Phone Number, Email Address and Age of its members.
  • Photographs and Videos of members taken during Club activities and events.
  • Last 4 digits of payment cards of its members who pay membership fees or make donations.
  • Feedback and survey responses from its members.

The Club processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • To manage membership and Club activities.
  • To communicate with members about Club events, news, and updates.
  • To process membership fees and donations.
  • To improve the Clubs services and activities.

The Club processes personal data on the following legal bases:

  • The Club has obtained consent from its members for processing their personal data.
  • Processing personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract between the Club and its members.
